PrimePBX offers two interrelated products: Our State-of-the-art IP-PBX device and VoIP Service.

The PrimePBX product is a low cost replacement IP-PBX system that is designed to replace the older analog PBX systems that are common to small businesses across many industries. The system has been designed to work with existing infrastructure and uses the existing standard telephone lines and standard analog telephones. This solution minimizes the capital expenditure required of a business. PrimePBX will allow you to take advantage of the power and cost savings of VoIP technology to reduce the overall telephone costs. Our system is not limited to pre-existing networks and works equally well in any new construction environment.

The PrimePBX system is a complete IP-PBX system, including all of the features expected in a quality PBX including:

PrimePBX provides a top-quality backbone to connect your business with the world. Our Data Centers are well equipped to handle your incoming and outgoing voice and data communication. Not only will you have all of the features associated with your IP-PBX, but you will also have a lower, fixed monthly cost for service as compared to traditional telephone service.

After PrimePBX installs the IP-PBX system, PrimePBX will provide VoIP service to the device via a broadband connection (Business Class Cable, DSL or T-1). The IP-PBX will route voice and data traffic to our Data Centers. The Data Centers include a Class 4/5 switch, which will act as the Gateway to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) which includes the traditional switched telephone infrastructure, cell phones and other VoIP networks. This connection is your gateway to the rest of the world. Incoming calls from the PSTN to the Data Centers are routed to the IP-PBX located at your property, which will deliver calls to the appropriate extensions.

PrimePBX will charge a fixed amount per month for VoIP service which will include unlimited calls within the US and Canada. International calls and assisted calls will be billed at very competitive rates on a per-minute/per-incident basis.
